Please watch the following video from our industry partners HMI Company on Deep Foamjection™. This method installs foam deeper to fill voids and stabilize weak soil to increase its load bearing capacity.
Deep Foamjection™ uses the same basic process and equipment as the polyurethane foam method of concrete raising. Instead of injecting the polyurethane foam just under the slab, foam is injected using a specially designed pipe system which is driven to various depths depending on need.
Simply stated, DeepFoamjection™ stabilizes and strengthens the environment mitigating the root causes of a structure that is settling. DeepFoamjection™ works because foam will:
Deep Foamjection is permanent repair. Stabilize weak soil and fill voids, especially around new construction with this method of concrete raising and repair.
Having raised thousands of settling structures including (but definitely not limited to!) roadways, buildings, warehouse floors, pool decks, and seawalls using this concrete raising method, we have gained extensive knowledge to perfect our implementation of the Deep Foamjection™ process.
With Deep Foamjection™, the material is introduced into to the subterranean environment as a premixed liquid. When the liquid solidifies into a foam underground, it acts like Mother Nature’s tree root systems by expanding to compact and stabilize weak soil areas, fill voids, and bind soils.
